Приложение не собирает данные. Оно не требует регистрации, не показывает рекламу, не отслеживает вас и ничего не отправляет нам. Всё, что вы делаете в Приложении, хранится только на вашем устройстве.
Чтобы Приложение работало, на вашем устройстве сохраняются:
Эти данные остаются в памяти Приложения на устройстве. У нас к ним доступа нет, и Приложение их никуда не передаёт. Слова и задания встроены в Приложение, для занятий интернет не нужен.
Если у вас включено резервное копирование iCloud или копирование на компьютер, iOS может включать данные Приложения в резервную копию устройства. Этим управляете вы в настройках устройства, а копии обрабатывает Apple по своей политике конфиденциальности.
«Экспортировать прогресс» в Профиле создаёт файл, который вы сами сохраняете туда, куда выберете. Приложение этот файл никуда не отправляет.
Если вы нажмёте «Сообщить об ошибке», Приложение откроет почту с готовым текстом сообщения для нашей команды. Ничего не отправляется само: вы видите весь текст, можете изменить его или не отправлять.
В тексте только сведения об ошибке в материалах: язык, название и версия учебного набора, номер карточки или задания, название экрана, показанный текст карточки или задания и версия Приложения.
Если вы отправите сообщение, мы получим его вместе с вашим адресом почты (так устроена почта). Мы используем сообщение только чтобы исправить ошибку и, если нужно, ответить вам, никому его не передаём, храним не дольше, чем нужно для исправления, и удаляем переписку по вашей просьбе. Передачу сообщения обрабатывает ваш почтовый сервис по своим правилам.
Когда вы скачиваете Приложение, Apple обрабатывает данные о покупке и устройстве по своей политике конфиденциальности. Если в настройках устройства включено «Делиться с разработчиками приложений» (раздел «Аналитика и улучшения»), Apple может передавать нам обезличенные отчёты о сбоях и общую статистику по правилам Apple. Мы используем их только для исправления ошибок.
Приложение не предназначено специально для детей и не собирает данные пользователей любого возраста.
Если Приложение начнёт обрабатывать данные иначе (например, появится синхронизация или покупки), мы обновим эту политику до выхода такой версии и изменим дату редакции.

This policy covers the Lagcon app for iOS on the App Store (the "App"). The Lagcon Telegram Mini App and bot have a separate policy at lagcon.app/privacy.

The App collects no data. It needs no account, shows no ads, does not track you and sends nothing to us. Everything you do in the App stays on your device.
To work, the App stores on your device: your chosen language, pace and appearance settings; your answers, "I know" / "I don't know" marks, test results, daily program and review progress; and the cards you add to "My dictionary". This data stays in the App's storage on your device. We cannot access it and the App does not transmit it. Words and tasks are built into the App, so no internet connection is needed.
If iCloud Backup or computer backups are on, iOS may include the App's data in your device backup. You control this in your device settings, and Apple processes backups under its own privacy policy. "Export progress" in Profile creates a file that you save wherever you choose; the App does not send it anywhere.
If you tap "Report a mistake", the App opens your mail app with a prefilled message to our team. Nothing is sent automatically: you see the full text and can edit it or not send it. The message contains only details of the content mistake: the language, the name and version of the content set, the card or task number, the screen name, the text that was shown and the App version.
If you send it, we receive it together with your email address (this is how email works). We use it only to fix the mistake and, if needed, to reply to you. We do not share it, keep it no longer than needed to fix the issue, and delete the conversation on request. Your email provider handles the delivery under its own terms.
When you download the App, Apple processes purchase and device data under its own privacy policy. If "Share with App Developers" is on in your device's Analytics & Improvements settings, Apple may share anonymised crash reports and aggregate statistics with us under Apple's terms. We use them only to fix problems.
It does not create accounts or ask you to sign in; it does not collect your name, email, phone number, location, contacts or photos; it does not use advertising identifiers or track you across other apps and websites; it contains no ads and no third-party analytics; it does not sell or share data.
Profile, "Reset progress" erases the progress of the selected language. In "My dictionary" you can delete cards and sets. Deleting the App erases all its data on the device (except device backups, which you control). To delete your conversation with us, write to support@lagcon.app.
The App is not directed specifically at children and does not collect data from users of any age.
If the App starts processing data differently (for example sync or purchases), we will update this policy before that version is released and change the date above.
